2 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Within 24 hours of placing the order: Full refund eligible, no questions asked
- Before work has begun: Full refund eligible if our team has not started processing your request
- After work has started: Partial refund may be issued based on work completed
- After delivery: Cancellation is not applicable once the service has been fully delivered

Refunds are processed based on the following criteria:

4 Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after the service has been fully delivered
- You provided incorrect or incomplete information that affected service delivery
- You failed to respond to our requests for additional information within 7 days
- You violated our Terms & Conditions during the service process
- The refund request is made after 30 days from the date of delivery
- You have already used the delivered documents for job applications
5 Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at info@BrightProfession.in with subject "Refund Request - Order #[Your Order ID]"
- Include your full name, registered email, and reason for refund
- Attach any supporting documents or feedback about the service
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
- If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated
Refund processing time depends on your payment method and bank:
- UPI / Net Banking: 3-5 business days
- Credit / Debit Cards: 7-10 business days
- Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.): 1-2 business days
6 Revisions & Rework
Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to use our free revision policy:
- Resume Writing: Up to 2 free revisions within 7 days of delivery
- Visual Resume: Up to 2 free revisions within 7 days of delivery
- Resume Broadcasting: 1 free re-broadcast if initial results are unsatisfactory
- International Resume: Up to 2 free revisions within 7 days of delivery
- Zap Your Resume: 1 free re-audit if issues persist
Revision requests must be specific and actionable. General dissatisfaction without specific feedback may not qualify for a revision.
7 Late Delivery
If we fail to deliver your service within the promised timeframe:
- Delay of 1-2 days: 10% refund or free service upgrade
- Delay of 3-5 days: 25% refund or free service upgrade
- Delay of more than 5 days: Full refund or priority re-delivery at no extra cost
Delays caused by incomplete information from the customer are not eligible for compensation. We will notify you promptly if additional information is required.
8 Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision:
- You may escalate the matter to our senior management team
- We will schedule a call to understand your concerns within 48 hours
- A final decision will be communicated within 5 business days
- If still unresolved, you may approach consumer forums as per Indian law
We believe in fair dealing and will always prioritize customer satisfaction within reasonable bounds.

Bright Profession reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. For orders placed before a policy change, the terms in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
